Users are fully responsible for all content they publish on our platform. By using the platform, you agree that:

2. Users must own rights to uploaded content.
3. Users must not post copyrighted material.
4. Platform reserves the right to remove content without notice.

We advise all users to exercise caution and common sense. As a classified marketplace, we strongly recommend that you:

1. Verify sellers independently.
2. Inspect products before payment.
3. Avoid suspicious transactions.
4. Use caution when sharing personal information.

The platform shall not be liable for any fraudulent activities conducted by users.

We are committed to maintaining a safe community. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in:

2. Spam advertisements
3. Fake accounts
4. Duplicate listings
5. Abusive behavior
6. Violation of platform policies

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bahrain Classifieds BH limits its liability for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

1. User disputes
2. Financial losses
3. Listing inaccuracies
4. Website downtime
5. Technical failures

Users agree to indemnify and protect Bahrain Classifieds BH, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:

1. Their listings
2. Their actions
3. Their transactions
4. Legal violations

The following items and services are strictly prohibited from being posted on our platform:

1. Illegal products
2. Counterfeit goods
3. Stolen property
4. Adult content
5. Weapons
6. Drugs
7. Fraudulent services
8. Misleading advertisements

If the platform offers paid advertisements or featured listings, the following conditions apply:

1. Payment Terms: All fees must be paid in full before the premium service is activated.
2. Refund Policy: Payments for digital advertising are generally non-refundable once activated.
3. Cancellation Policy: Users may cancel subscriptions or active promotions, but no prorated refunds will be provided.
4. Subscription Policy: Any recurring billing will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase.

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bahrain Classifieds BH and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. This includes:

1. Website logo
2. Brand identity
3. Website design
4. Content
5. Software

Users are prohibited from copying or reproducing platform assets without explicit written authorization.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform should be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bahrain courts.
