- Delete Account Request: You can request account deletion from your profile settings or by contacting support.
How do I create an account?
Click on "Sign In" and select "Create Account". Fill in your details and
verify your email.
How do I verify my email?
After signing up, a verification link will be sent to your inbox. Click it
to verify your account.
How do I change my phone number?
Go to your Account Settings, enter your new number, and verify it via OTP.
How do I delete my account?
You can submit a deletion request from your Account Settings. Your data will
be removed as per our Privacy Policy.
2. Posting Ads
How do I post an ad?
Click the "Post an Ad" button, choose a category, fill in the details, and
upload photos.
Is posting an ad free?
Yes, standard listings on our Marketplace are completely free.
How long will my ad remain active?
Standard ads remain active for 30 days unless renewed or deleted.
How can I edit my ad?
Go to "My Ads" in your dashboard and click the Edit button next to your
active ad.
How can I delete my ad?
Go to "My Ads", find the listing, and select Delete.
4. Buying & Selling Tips
For Buyers
- Inspect items thoroughly before making a payment.
- Always meet sellers in safe, public places.
- Verify the product's condition matches the description.
For Sellers
- Do not share sensitive financial information.
- Verify payment has been received before handing over items.
5. Safety & Security
How do I avoid scams?
Never send money in advance. Always meet face-to-face and inspect the item
before buying. Be cautious of deals that seem "too good to be true."
How do I report suspicious users?
Use the "Report User" option on their profile or contact our support team
immediately.
How do I report fraudulent ads?
Click the "Report Ad" button located on every listing page to flag it for
our moderation team.
How does Bahrain Classifieds protect users?
We use automated spam filters, manual review processes, and rapid response
to reports to keep the Marketplace safe.
6. Reporting Abuse
How do I report inappropriate content?
You can report abuse using the following methods:
Abuse Investigation Process: Once reported, our moderation team reviews the content within 24 hours. If it violates our Community Guidelines, the content is removed and the user may be banned.
- Report Ad Button: Found on every individual listing.
- Report User Option: Found on the seller's public profile.

How is my personal information used?
Your information is used solely to provide and improve our services,

You can choose whether to display or hide your phone number on your
listings.
How can I request data removal?
You can delete your account from the dashboard, or contact our support team
to request complete data removal.
